New Aerospace Phased Array Course
Tue April 14th
Hellier is excited to introduce our NEW Composite Ultrasonic Phased Array (PAUT) training class for aerospace, repair stations, defense contractors, wind turbines, military and more!
The response to our first class was so strong that we immediately added a second class and are opening registration for three more.
The class covers PAUT theory, setup, acquisition and analysis. Attendees get valuable, hands-on training on specific tools such as 3.5 MHz NW1 probes, IHC Rexolite wedges, SNW1 AQ25 wedges, PAUT immersion, PAUT radius probe, XY scanner and a PAUT Roller Form probe.
These techniques are particularly valuable for aerospace composite manufacturers, repair stations, military installations, defense contractors, airlines, FAA auditors and wind turbines – for both in service and manufacturing inspection services.
This 40 hour class helps customers train their QA NDT inspectors, auditors and M&P NDI engineers with meaningful theory and hands-on exercises. While NAS410 and wind turbine written practices do not always require additional training for PAUT, technicians definitely benefits from additional training due to the complexity of phased array setups, acquisition and analysis.
